Our Policy

By booking, you agree to the terms below:

Booking & Consultation

• All events must be booked through our Wix booking system.

• A consultation fee is required before a full invoice is issued.

• The consultation fee will be applied toward your deposit.

Deposits

• A 20% deposit of the total event cost is required to secure your event date.

• Deposits are non-refundable, but transferable to a future date (subject to availability).

Rush Bookings

• Events booked within two (2) weeks of the event date will require a rush fee.

• Rush fees vary based on the service requested.

Payments & Payment Plans

• Payment plans are available upon request.

• The full balance must be paid no later than 10 days prior to the event date.

Agreement

• By booking through Wix, clients acknowledge and agree to all policies listed above.

COLOR QUALITY:

Please be aware that colors may look different when printed compared to what you see on your screen, due to variations in computers, monitors, and printers. The type of paper used can also affect how colors appear.

HOW IT WORKS:

Once ordered and all information requested is provided please allow up to 3 days for mock-up to email to you to the email provided. Once design is approve, I will begin on your order., Buyer has 24 hours to approve or design will be printed and shipped as is! Please lookout for any mistakes or misspellings of names, dates, age, etc!

REFUNDS:

Custom designs are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. However, if there's a mistake on my end, I will gladly make it right. Please provide photos of the issue with your request, and if time permits, I’ll send a replacement. Once proof is approved there can be no changes.

PRODUCTS & MATERIAL:

To ensure the highest quality and best overall experience, all balloons and décor materials used for your event are carefully selected and provided by us. We do not assemble or use customer-supplied items or pre-purchased products (such as those from online marketplaces).

Every balloon and product included in your setup will be the exact items outlined in your contract and invoice. This allows us to maintain consistency, durability, and the polished look our brand is known for.

All character images used are the property of their respective copyright and trademark owners and are not for sale. This is not a licensed product. You're paying for my time and the customization of your items; I do not claim any ownership of the characters or graphics used.
